Terms of Business

Daily rates includes:

Services of a licensed Professional Hunter. Hunting vehicle, skinners and trackers. Transfer to and from Bloemfontein International airport. Full accommodation, meals, drinks, daily laundry services. Field preparation of trophies and hunting licenses.

Daily rates excludes:

All air travel, pre and post safari travel, pre and post safari accommodation and pre and post safari meals. All fees for animals taken or wounded. Preparation, mounting, packaging and export of trophies. Gratuities to staff.

Terms of business:

A deposit of 50% of the accommodation fee or package is required to confirm a booking. All payments in currencies other than US dollar will be calculated to the US dollar exchange rate at the time of payment. The full payment is due before departure from the Lodge. Payment: We accept cash, wire transfers and personal checks from a USA bank. Payments via PayPal and Credit Cards are also available via internet. Trophy/cull charges apply to animals shot or wounded. Animals paid for in a package and not shot will not be exchanged for cash or deducted from the package price. Please allow one day per trophy animal with a minimum of 5 hunting days.
